General Terms

Account Responsibility

Your account is for personal, non-commercial use only. Any attempt to use your account for commercial gain, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes will result in immediate suspension and referral to relevant authorities where required.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits on mm33 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, Philippine bank transfer, and local online banking. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on this platform.

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. mm33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment channel.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• mm33 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, KYC verification must be completed successfully.

mm33 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment channel, verification status, and volume of requests being handled at the time.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts in the same name as your registered mm33 account.
• mm33 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before releasing large withdrawal amounts.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals requested as a result of suspected fraud or account abuse may be withheld pending investigation.

Sports betting covers Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games, NBA, international football, volleyball, boxing, esports, and other major events. Bet acceptance is subject to pre-match and in-play availability as shown on the platform at the time of placing the bet.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game or betting rules.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, access to your balance will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. Where a breach is confirmed, any funds associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited. If no breach is found, access will be restored along with your full balance.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting mm33 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the original deposit payment method following successful KYC verification and a standard review period.

Limitation of Liability

mm33 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform uptime and fair game delivery, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may occasionally affect availability.
